Babies

Well it seems like most everyone I know is having a baby.  All my friends have hit a new stage in their lives.  The best part is when these babies enter the world.  About a week ago I got to meet baby Steegstra.  If felt like a very long wait but he is finally here and I have a soft spot in my heart for this little one.

So, along with the arrival of this little one, I have been one busy girl.  I have been training for a 10K which I am doing this sunday.  So, if you think of it, send up a few prayers that it goes well and for good weather.  I am excited, I think it is going to be good.
I also hiked the Grouse Grind for the first time.  It wasn't as bad as I had anticipated but it wasn't easy either.  I think I would do it again one day.  Plus the view at the top makes all the work worth it... OH and the food and booze.  LOL.
